Position Overview
Manage multiple workstreams linked to hospital revenue cycle improvement initiatives. Coordinate internal resources, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure project milestones are met. Drive execution across operational, process, and technology projects with a focus on hospital revenue cycle. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and ensure informed decision-making. Support ongoing projects and adapt strategies as necessary during the initiative timeframe.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing hospital revenue cycle projects
- Strong project planning, coordination, and status reporting skills
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and barriers early
- Experience working across operational, process, and technology stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams and SharePoint, and experience with Epic
