About the Role

Varsity Spirit has an opportunity to join our growing organization as a full-time Returns Processor at our distribution center. The Returns Processor coordinates with Sales and Internal Departments to receive, evaluate, and process requests for returns, exchanges, and credits to determine the best option for our customers. The processor enters remake orders and transactions and codes appropriately for scheduling and billing purposes.

Responsibilities

• Processing returns entered by Sales Reps through computer system.
• Communication with internal departments or vendors as needed to ensure errors are not repeated with replacement order.
• Coordination of shipping to external locations for further inspection or alterations.
• Develop and maintain relationship with Sales and Accounting Teams for handling returns to full customer expectations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Task oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to meet required goals and deadlines.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Capable of working in a team environment, across multiple departments.

Physical Requirements

• Requires ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Must have the ability to lift and carry packages and other items and to walk short distances.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and works with pallet jacks, tape guns, and other standard equipment.

Schedule

Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm CST. Onsite at 3131 Appling Rd, Bartlett, TN 38133. No travel required for this position.
