Returns Processor

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Second (2nd) Shift Returns Processor. As part of one of the world’s most essential industries, you will contribute to a global business with endless opportunities to grow and advance.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Six months warehouse experience dealing with returns (preferred)
• Open and verify returned merchandise, scan merchandise, and place freight in proper locations
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product; may require using powered equipment
• Verify proper item is in original packaging in preparation for scanning
• Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system
• Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g., hazardous material, store services, research, salvage)
• Ensure scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g., slot, destroy, salvage)
• Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner
• Observe all safety and sanitation standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Schedule

Monday – Thursday, 4:00 pm – 2:00 am (Second Shift)

Pay

$19.75 per hour (+ shift differential); eligible for attendance bonus

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Material handling equipment certification (preferred)
• Six months warehouse experience (preferred)
• Six months forklift operation experience (preferred)
