Returns Processor

Role Purpose

Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product, potentially using powered equipment.
• Verify that the proper item is in the original packaging before scanning.
• Ensure accurate processing of all freight using the scanning system.
• Identify items that require special handling (e.g., hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
• Direct scanned freight to the appropriate destination (e.g., slot, destroy, salvage).
• Stack and tape pallets safely.
• Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (required).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Preferred: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred: Material handling equipment certification.
• Preferred: Six months warehouse experience.
• Preferred: Six months forklift operation experience.

Pay

$17.95 per hour plus a $0.50 shift premium.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 1:30 am.
• Monday through Thursday.
