Return Processor

About the role

The Returns Processor will support the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, and the optimization of resources and processes. They will ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continually improve processes, and foster an environment of timely and accurate return deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory to match drivers' returns manifest, validate returns accuracy, service and quality support, and ensure all items are dispositioned and tagged
• Absorb and respond to store, customer service, and DRT team inquiries related to returns
• Research inventory discrepancies through returns
• Label, rewrap all items and push them out to end caps
• Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items, drivers' claims, or items not on driver's route, or any issues/exceptions within the Returns process
• Understand and utilize AX and Dispatch Track Routing Systems
• Invoice orders in Transportation Manager
• Comply with company employee handbook
• Operate radio frequency equipment
• Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean, debris-free warehouse floor
• Ensure correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped
• Meet company standards for productivity

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
• Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office programs, and knowledge of design software programs is a plus

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Design software knowledge (optional)

Pay

$16.65 - $21.60 per hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
