Responsibilities

• Provide a complete database
• Introduce existing clients to the new agent
• Facilitate meetings between clients and the new agent
• Transfer all relevant client files and transaction histories to the new agent
• Work with the team CEO to maintain client engagement
• Implement playbook for retirement transition
• Maintain your real estate license for appropriate status to continue to receive income

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Keeps clients informed
• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and transparency in all dealings
• Willingness to work with CEO to transition clients
• Upholds ethical standards and builds trust with clients
