Weichert, Realtors is seeking professional real estate agents, experienced real estate salespersons, and broker-salespersons for its sales office. Ideal candidates should be interested in building a strong, scalable real estate business and becoming top earners in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Build a strong, scalable real estate business
- Use Weichert lead generation strategies
- Co-brand with Weichert, leveraging advanced myWeichert technology, marketing expertise, and support
- Diversify sources of new business
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining self-discipline and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Meet with customers based on their convenience
- Utilize social media networking tools like LinkedIn and Facebook
- Learn and utilize the latest technology through myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform
- Earn targeted income via commissions
- Make prospecting calls, attend open houses, and follow up with company-generated leads
- Learn and use provided scripts and presentations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Have or be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team and independently
- Proficient with social media networking tools
- Willingness to learn and utilize the latest technology
- Desire to earn commissions
- Ability to make prospecting calls, attend open houses, and follow up with leads
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or related field
- Passion for building a successful real estate business
