About the role

Weichert, Realtors is seeking a select number of professional real estate agents for its sales office. The roles include positions for those who are obtaining or have recently completed their real estate sales license, as well as experienced real estate salespersons and broker-salespersons.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong, scalable real estate business and be a top earner in the industry using Weichert's lead generation strategies.
• Co-brand with Weichert, working towards a common goal of providing the best sales experience for customers with the best agents in the industry.
• Utilize innovative tools and high-touch coaching based on real-world experience to support your business growth.
• Earn targeted income via commissions through free training provided by Weichert.
• Make prospecting calls, work open houses, and follow up with company-generated leads.
• Learn and use the latest technology, including myWeichert CRM, website, and marketing platform.
• Develop scripts and presentations using company marketing materials to build more business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Have or be willing to obtain a real estate salesperson license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including being comfortable talking to new people.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a cohesive team office environment with a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience.
• Proficiency with social media networking tools like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Willingness to learn and use the latest technology.
• Desire to take advantage of all the free training provided by Weichert.
