Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly - minimum
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly trainings and Partner Call
