Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the Atlanta area.
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Develop and maintain a network of clients, realtors, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to provide accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Atlanta real estate market and local neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
