Responsibilities

  • Help buyers navigate the home buying process from consultation to closing
  • Conduct home tours and market education
  • Write and negotiate offers
  • Maintain strong client communication throughout the transaction
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships using CRM systems
  • Attend team trainings, coaching calls, and collaborative meetings
  • Build a strong referral-based and repeat client business
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage

Qualifications

  • Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina (or currently pursuing a license)
  • Motivated and self-disciplined
  • Open to coaching and growth
  • Strong communicators who enjoy helping people
  • Organized and willing to follow systems
  • Goal-oriented with a positive mindset
  • Excited to contribute to a collaborative team culture
