Responsibilities
- Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Cook up and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, financing options, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in California.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of local Pasadena real estate market and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
