Retirement Living Sales Counselor – Senior Living

Responsibilities

• Help older adults and their families explore senior living options by understanding their needs
• Explain services such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing
• Guide prospective residents through the decision-making process with compassion, respect, and integrity
• Build trusted relationships, respond to inquiries, and conduct community tours
• Coordinate follow-up with prospective residents and families
• Collaborate with community teams to create a welcoming experience and support occupancy goals
