Retirement Living Sales Counselor

Responsibilities

• Help older adults and families explore senior living options, understand services such as independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
• Build trusted relationships by responding to inquiries, conducting community tours, and coordinating follow-up with prospective residents and families.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment and support occupancy goals.
• Guide prospects through decision-making with compassion, respect, and integrity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and a customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide excellent service.
• Knowledge of senior living services is preferred but not required.
