Retail Travel Associate - Inventory

About the role

This part‑time Retail Travel Associate – Inventory position with WIS International involves traveling weekly with a team to retail locations to count and record inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy, meeting productivity goals, and performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across the region
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance‑based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
• Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times
• Spend most of the shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach
• Climb ladders when needed
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

• No degree required
• Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply
• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds

Pay

• Starting wage: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Performance‑based pay increases: up to $2.00 more per hour within the first 6 months
• Additional earning opportunities: up to $5.00 more per hour based on productivity and accuracy
