Retail Travel Associate - Inventory

Starting wage: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $5.00 per hour.

About the role

Join WIS International as a Retail Travel Associate and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for pay increases based on productivity and accuracy. No prior inventory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel weekly with the team to customer locations across your region (primarily in the home improvement segment).
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.

Work environment

This is an active job where you will:

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, squat, and reach frequently.
• Climb ladders when needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or similar experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
