Retail Travel Associate - Inventory
Starting wage: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $5.00 per hour.
About the role
Join WIS International as a Retail Travel Associate and help top retailers accurately count inventory. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for pay increases based on productivity and accuracy. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide all necessary training.
This team works primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment, traveling weekly to customer locations across the region.
Responsibilities
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations with the team weekly.

Work Environment
This is an active job where you will spend most of your shift:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
- Climbing ladders when needed.
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or similar experience is valuable. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
