Responsibilities

• Travel with the team weekly to customer locations across your region (primarily in the home-improvement segment)
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program

Work environment

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, general labor, or athletic/coaching experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position. No degree required. Veterans, career changers, and candidates returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.

Starting at $18.50 - $23.50 per hour, with performance-based increases up to $5.00 more per hour.
