Retail Trainer

Location: Main Office, Florence, MA – Regular Full-Time

Pay

Hourly salary range: \$23.93 – \$36.42

About the Role

Assists the Retail Training Manager with the development, implementation, and coordination of on-the-job training programs and specialized technical training for retail staff.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers
• Meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance
• Conducts test bank and on-the-job training for all retail employees
• Completes 6–8-week follow-up teller trainee evaluation
• Demonstrates excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Functions as a Float Teller and Float CSR
• Supports the Retail Training Manager on special projects and tasks for Retail Administration
• Provides support to all branches
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years teller and CSR experience
• Prior training experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology

Physical Demands

• General office environment
• Stands or sits for extended periods (up to 7.5 hours per day)
• Travel to various branch offices
• Frequent use of computer
