Retail Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Trainer to join our team and help develop the skills of our retail staff. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging classroom training programs, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure employees have the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals. You will lead orientations, provide ongoing support, and create a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. Reporting to the District Manager, this position is ideal for a dynamic trainer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about developing talent and driving operational excellence.
