Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store operations.
• Lead team meetings and provide individual and team performance feedback.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and ability to provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
