About the role

Reporting to the District Manager, Store Managers are responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for all consumers through various functions including customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to hit sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate a team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.

Requirements

• A passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required).
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and leading and motivating others.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle heavy lifting, constant movement, and perform tasks requiring physical effort.

Qualifications

• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry (3+ years of store management experience required).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading and motivating others.

Pay

Compensation for this role ranges from $63,300.00 - $105,500.00 annually, varying with experience and qualifications.
