Retail Stock Associates are essential to the operational success of our stores. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized and accurate inventory, supporting in-store operations, and ensuring efficient fulfillment of online orders. You'll work closely with the retail and operations teams to ensure that our back-of-house runs seamlessly, ultimately helping us deliver an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Include Maintain an organized, accurate, and clean store inventory systemCollaborate with the sales team to ensure products are accessible for clientsFulfill online orders efficiently and accurately, upholding brand standardsCoordinate and manage timely inventory transfers between retail locationsReceive, process, and backstock restocks promptly upon arrivalPrepare merchandise with correct pricing, tags, and appropriate packagingProactively identify, address, and resolve any inventory discrepanciesPromote an inclusive, respectful workplace culture that celebrates team diversity and fosters a sense of belongingMaintain clear, timely, and professional communication with your SMCollaborate and communicate effectively with the Inventory Operations Manager and Customer Service team as needed Who You Are 1–2 years of retail or stockroom experience requiredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient verbal and written communication skillsComfortable using technology and inventory management platformsAble to stand and walk for up to 8 hours and lift boxes up to 50 lbsPreferred availability: Monday–Friday (9 AM – 5 PM EST) Benefits Competitive pay based on experienceMonthly store bonus structureAmazing employee discountGrowth and cross-training opportunitiesMonthly meal stipend
