Responsibilities

  • Drive results by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained, focusing on cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks such as inventory management, TQM compliance, and cash processes.
  • Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by sharing knowledge of Nespresso coffee and sustainability practices, fostering customer relationships.
  • Delight customers with complimentary coffee tastings and showcase your extensive product knowledge to build the customer base and boost sales.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training.
  • Act as a collaborative team player, seeking and providing feedback, building strong relationships with colleagues, and adapting to changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Patience for handling day-to-day challenges and being resourceful in troubleshooting.
  • Effective communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Punctuality and availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.50. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule

Open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays are included in the schedule.
