Responsibilities
- Sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program using our proven sales process
- Build customer loyalty by engaging with all types of clients
- Turn client criticism into stories of exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Experience selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
- Customer Service experience in a spa-like or similar environment
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments
- Driven to create an excellent work environment and memorable experiences for clients
