About the role
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience on the sales floor. This role supports sales performance, client engagement, and daily store operations while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
- Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
- Absorb guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
- Aid in inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
- Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
- Engage in clienteling to build and maintain guest relationships

Qualifications
- 2 years of professional work experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
