Sales Associate - Retail

About the role

Support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Greet and assist customers, promote merchandise value, and handle concerns professionally.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap.
• Educate customers on store programs.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment by performing housekeeping and adhering to safety and loss prevention standards.
• Support stock processing and facility needs to maintain a customer-ready store.
• Contribute to achieving store objectives with flexible, team-oriented efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
