Sales Associate - Retail

Role: Sales Associate responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. Key Duties: Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and product knowledge. Greet and assist customers, promote merchandise value, and handle concerns professionally. Process transactions accurately at the cashwrap, educate customers on store programs, and maintain optimal stock levels and merchandise presentation. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment by performing housekeeping and adhering to safety and loss prevention standards. Support stock processing and facility needs to maintain a customer-ready store. Contribute to achieving store objectives with flexible, team-oriented efforts. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Skills and Behaviors: Strong customer engagement, time management, organizational skills, and adaptability. Ability to work collaboratively, maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
