Sales Associate - Retail

About the role

Support the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, address their needs, and promote merchandise and promotions
• Provide fast, friendly service at the cashwrap and educate customers on store programs
• Manage stock levels, merchandise display, signage, and cleanliness
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures and report maintenance needs
• Support store goals through teamwork and flexibility in tasks such as stock processing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and call shifts
• Physical ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
