Sales & Service Overview

We aren't looking for a "receptionist." Elements Massage Clifton Park is seeking a confident, focused, and friendly Sales Specialist who takes complete ownership of the client experience and the studio environment.

Compensation & Perks

Hourly Pay: $16-$18/hour (based on experience/availability).

Schedule Expectations

• Position: Part-time.
• Shifts: Standard 4-6 hour shifts.
• Availability: Evenings and weekends are required to support peak client hours.

• The Studio Environment: You take pride in maintaining a pristine, organized, and premium environment. The look and feel of our studio is your signature.
• Schedule Density: You actively manage the calendar to eliminate empty "blue space" and maximize provider books.

What We Need

• Sales Confidence: 2+ years of retail or service sales (membership sales experience is a huge plus).
• Professional Mindset: Highly focused, reliable, and accountable. Friendly, yet never casual.
• Execution: Sharp multitasking skills and comfort with scheduling software.
