Responsibilities

• Sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program using our proven sales process
• Build customer loyalty through effective communication and relationship building
• Turn client criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service
• Earn commissions and bonuses for wellness plan sales

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Experience selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients
• Customer service experience in a spa-like or similar environment
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments
• Driven to create an excellent work environment and memorable client experiences
