About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $19.50/hour (base of $15.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $20.50/hour (base of $16.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

• Help customers find their Perfect Fit
• Motivate and inspire customers to live a healthier lifestyle
• Train and develop new employees
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized store
• Participate in company events and initiatives

Requirements

• Fit Experts: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• Sales Leads: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience. Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
