Requirements

• Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day.
• Ability to make your customers feel valued.
• Desire to lead by example while inspiring those around you to be their BEST.

Qualifications

• Fit Expert: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• Sales Lead: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience. Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.

Pay

• Fitness Expert: USD $16.50/Hr.
• Sales Lead: USD $21.50/Hr.

Schedule

• Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business.
