Join the Fitness Revolution! Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $19.50 per hour (base of $15.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $20.50 per hour (base of $16.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere every single day.
• Ability to make customers feel valued.
• Reliability and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation.

Pay

• Fit Experts - $19.50 per hour (base of $15.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)
• Sales Leads - $20.50 per hour (base of $16.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)

Schedule

• Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends.
• A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business.
