About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $21.00 per hour (base of $17.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $22.00 per hour (base of $18.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Reliable and flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Seasoned salesperson experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture preferred
• Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and sound decision-making skills
• Effective delegation and validation skills
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Basic functions of the job
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written format
