Requirements

• Reliable and flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture
• Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred
• Leadership skills including excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills, effective delegation and validation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business

Pay

• Fit Expert: $20.00/hour (Base of $16.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)
• Sales Lead: $21.00/hour (Base of $17.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)
