About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $23.50 per hour (base of $19.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $24.50 per hour (base of $20.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fit Experts: 1 year experience in customer service or sales, 10+ years experience preferred
• Sales Leads: High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture, 10+ years experience preferred
