About the role

MWT|AT&T Authorized Retail Store is hiring immediately for a Retail Sales Associate position. Compensation ranges from $37,305 to $92,290 with an unlimited commission potential. Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental Plan, Vision & Life Insurance, vacation pay, short-&-long term disability, and a 401K.

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T and MWT with professionalism and integrity
• Assist customers in choosing the right products and services
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in Retail Sales or similar customer-facing roles
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel, set up and tear down, stand on feet all day, etc.
