Responsibilities
- Help customers choose the right cell phone plans and devices
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with product demonstrations
- Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, including standing and walking
