Retail Sales Consultant - ROCKFORD, IL

About the role

You’ll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. Using AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—you’ll help bring friends, families, and communities closer together while meeting sales targets and earning commission.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer demands.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.

Pay

Earn between $47,000 to $75,000 annually, including an hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules posted 2 weeks in advance.
