Retail Sales Consultant - Norris Honda
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and packages
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
- Follow up with prospects and customers; manage leads through CRM
- Prepare quotes, run credit applications, and complete deal paperwork
- Deliver sold vehicles and review features, warranty details, and final documents
Requirements
- High energy with strong communication and customer-service skills
- 21+, valid driver’s license, and insurable by our carrier
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Pay
$50,000–$100,000+ per year (commission-based, guarantee for qualified applicants)
Schedule
Full-time with flexible scheduling, 40 hour work week (off Sunday and one day during the week)
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Monday - Saturday. One day off during the week and Sunday as well.
