Job Responsibilities
- Possesses the ability to prospect for new clients
- Ensures meeting departmental performance standards including “Customer Service Index”, “Gross Average”, and vehicles sold
- Displays thorough knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
- Updates and manages inventory reports on a daily basis
- Develops and implements strategies to increase market share
- Completes the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Attends weekly department meetings
- Experience, education, and training are preferred
- Eligible to work in the US and passes pre-employment screening which includes a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug test, and criminal background check
- Must hold a valid sales license (where applicable)
