Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, store recovery, cleanliness, and completing operational tasks.
• Perform duties as directed by management, including cashiering, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and training to make product recommendations to customers.
• Provide customers with solutions, such as product substitutions or special orders when applicable.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers, ensuring accuracy.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce, or warehouse experience is preferred.

• Communication: Provide clear, concise, and unambiguous information. Ensure the receiver understands the message and actively listen to others.
• Driving Results: Motivate individuals to achieve and exceed goals by setting accountabilities, clarifying expectations, and providing feedback.
• Process Management: Contribute to improving workflows for efficiency and adaptability in a changing environment.

Pay

Gopuff pays employees based on market rates, with compensation varying by location. The following rate applies to this role:

• Santa Clarita, CA: $16.90 per hour.

Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
