Pay

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21.30. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocate: Share our mission and values in sustainability and recycling, contributing to positive change through coffee
• Customer Obsessed: Deliver exceptional hospitality, making customers feel valued and eager to return
• Greet and Engage: Create memorable experiences for customers
• Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
• Product Knowledge and Promotions: Offer complimentary coffee tastings and leverage product expertise to build customer base and sales
• Team Collaboration and Respect: Proactively support and collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive work environment
• Operations and Safety: Maintain the boutique environment, assist with shipments, arrange displays, stock the coffee wall, and ensure cleanliness
