Join Nespresso as a part‑time Retail Sales Associate at the elegant boutique in Houston Galleria Mall. As the welcoming face of the boutique, you will guide and assist customers, providing an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee. Your knowledge will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocate: Share Nespresso’s mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
• Customer Obsessed: Provide hospitality‑focused service and work closely with people.
• Greet and Engage: Create memorable experiences that make customers feel valued and eager to return.
• Listen and Learn: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Product Knowledge and Promotions: Offer complimentary coffee tastings and showcase product knowledge to build the customer base and drive sales.
• Team Collaboration and Respect: Proactively support and collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive, successful work environment.
• Operations and Safety: Maintain the boutique’s elegant appearance, assist with shipments, arrange eye‑catching displays, keep the coffee wall stocked, and ensure cleanliness.
• Training and Learning: Complete a training period that prepares you for success beyond the first day.

Requirements

• Inherently a people person with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, think on your feet, and adapt to change.
• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day‑to‑day challenges and resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot.

Pay

$21.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility: Yes. The pay range is a good‑faith estimate; final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Schedule

Open and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
