About the role

As a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate at Nespresso, you will be the welcoming face of our retail boutique, guiding and assisting customers to create an inviting experience that goes beyond selling coffee. You will share Nespresso’s mission and values, help customers discover their perfect coffee match, and contribute to a positive, sustainable coffee culture.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand advocate by sharing Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission.
• Greet and engage customers to create memorable, hospitality‑focused experiences.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Offer complimentary coffee tastings and demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales.
• Support team collaboration and maintain a cohesive, successful work environment.
• Maintain the boutique’s elegant appearance: handle shipments, arrange eye‑catching displays, stock the coffee wall, and ensure cleanliness.
• Participate in a training period that prepares you for long‑term success.

Pay

$21.00 per hour. Bonus eligibility: Yes. Compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
