Job Overview

We are seeking Sales Associates to join our team. This role involves contributing to overall salesmanship and customer experience within our stores. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, engaging in friendly conversations, understanding customer needs, offering product recommendations, providing in-depth product information, ringing up transactions, managing product shipments, maintaining a clean store environment, and driving sales of POP MART key products.

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs.
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information including characters, products, and company history.
• Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions.
• Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions.
• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and store products.
• Drive sales of company key products such as Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.

What You Will Need

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Able to speak or understand multiple languages (a plus)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
