With every interaction, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty—making each visit both meaningful and successful. This role goes far beyond just being a cashier. Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves as needed.
• Review daily sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay current on trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
• Finish each customer interaction strong by sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you—often walking the package to the customer and using their name.
• Collaborate with teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from others to deliver individual and store results.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome the moment they walk in.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start new ventures, able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Works well independently but thrives in team dynamics.
• Proficient with electronic devices, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and processing transactions.

Essential physical requirements

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and processing register transactions.
