Retail Recruiter
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
The Retail Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment for retail positions including Stylists, Keyholders, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers. This includes:
- Post and maintain job openings across all approved recruiting platforms.
- Sources qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications against role requirements.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
The Retail Recruiter will coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations, manage candidate communications, and ensure candidates receive timely updates and next steps. This includes:
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from application through offer stage.
- Maintain candidate response times within established service-level expectations.
Offer Management & Hiring Administration
The Retail Recruiter will conduct reference checks for final candidates, prepare and issue offer letters, track offer acceptance, and maintain accurate hiring records. This involves:
- Conduct reference checks for final candidates.
- Prepare and issue offer letters in partnership with the People Team.
- Track offer acceptance and maintain accurate hiring records.
- Transition accepted candidates to the HR team for onboarding and new hire processing.
Recruiting Operations
The Retail Recruiter will maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensure timely dispositioning of candidates, monitor recruiting metrics, and provide regular recruiting updates. This includes:
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
- Ensure timely dispositioning of candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, and hiring progress.
- Provide regular recruiting updates to hiring managers and People leadership.
Schedule & Compensation
This role starts part-time with room to become full-time. The schedule is flexible with availability during standard business hours. Compensation range is $32–$34 per hour, commensurate with experience.
