About the role
The Retail Production Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure smooth product flow within the store.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of store facilities.
- Support staff in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail or related experience.
- Experience managing inventory and maintaining store facilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
