Retail Supervisor

About the role

Savers, an international thrift retailer, is seeking to fill the Retail Supervisor position(s). This role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and efficient product flow.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory management and customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales and engagement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of thrift retail operations and customer service principles.

Pay

$19.04 to $31.22 per hour, depending on experience and role.
